Our company rented an office space from Wess Cason Realty, I have to say our experience was nothing short of awful. The business came under new management due to the unfortunate passing of our owner, and from the beginning, Wess showed zero compassion or professionalism. When we moved in, we raised legitimate environmental concerns about the space. Rather than addressing the issue, Wess dismissed it and blamed us for not mentioning it sooner, even though management had only been there for a week. He offered to get an inspection but only if *we* paid for it, which felt completely unfair. After expressing our discomfort with this arrangement, Wess went ahead with the inspection anyway and then demanded payment, even though we had made it clear we did not agree. When we refused, he had the audacity to take the money out of the security deposit, which was supposed to go to our late business owner's wife. It's hard to imagine a more heartless move. From that point on, it was obvious Wess just wanted us out so he could bring in a new tenant and raise the rent. He began harassing us, ignoring emails where we raised valid concerns or communicated significant developments he should be made aware of, and then claiming we never informed him. He even threw baseless accusations about facility violations at us, all while providing zero guidance on what he expected. The lack of integrity and professionalism was staggering. Wess Cason has shown us nothing but dishonesty, harassment, and disrespect. We would never rent from him again and would caution anyone else against it. Save yourself the trouble—look elsewhere.

They are scammers! I paid to get off my lease in August of last year. They had the nerve to try & sue me for maintenance for the home they should have completed when I moved in 4 years ago! How can sue someone that is not on the lease! Do not rent from them, they do not make repairs when you request & now are trying to fraudulently sue me! See you in court
