After a prospective tenant has visited your home and asked us any follow-up questions, we invite them to complete an application. We have used Wess for 2 home purchases and selling our latest home. First time we purchased back in 2009 Wess was our Realtor, he did such a fantastic job that we called him to represent us in March 2019 to sell our home and buy a new home. Our home sold on 11 days. Wess is extremely detail oriented, very very responsive at all times to emails, texts and phone calls. I can truly say Wess made the entire process less stressful. Wes Cason is a theif. As soon as your lease is done, they will get their friend at Ace Handman services to make them invoice. And bill it to the client and make you lose the security deposit. I left the house the same way I got it. To get charged for something that wasn’t there is theft. And my lawyer will be involved.

Do not use this person or firm for anything. They ripped us off on our security deposit for things we already done. We will put out an additional site and take them to court over this. We have all proof and witnesses. Stay away for this firm and anyone that works there.

Always had great communication until we moved out. Never received any update on our move out inspection no phone calls or emails. They charged us for things that we had took care of before moving out like retouch painting and washing the exterior of the house which we did. Anyways super unprofessional to never contact us about anything due or owed after moving out .... they had many bad reviews before when I checked last year ... seems they paid to wipe the slate clean now only having 7 reviews.....BEWARE!!
